We recommend using a small rubber hammer (body hammer) or pressing it evenly with the heel of your hand.

For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us to coordinate the shipping route and shipping costs in advance.
In order to be able to offer low packaging and shipping costs and fast delivery, we usually send by letter post. If insured shipping is desired, this is possible at the customer's request for an additional charge.
We offer our services as a professional, commercial provider and are subject to tax in Germany. Our prices therefore include 19% sales tax.
Commercial buyers in other EU countries should provide us with their VAT ID when placing the order.
In the case of VAT-free delivery outside the EU, taxes and customs fees may apply in the recipient country.
